These stocks can make you rich

I am expecting a monthly average return of 2% from my portfolio of equities. I have made a model portfolio like below..
I have added stocks with following proportion
SBIN 7%
DR REDDY 14%
BHEL 7%
BPCL 12%
HCLTECH 45%
TATASTEEL 15%
So my total 10 lakh portfolio is divided in to above 6 stocks ..
My long term investment horizon is at least 3 years.
My expected annual return is 24%..I may accept dividend and stock benefits other than capital appreciation.

When I will re balance portfolio?

I am using an unique strategy for portfolio re balancing and restructuring.
I will be communicating with you when ever i am changing my portfolio .

I am also keeping a swing trading portfolio with a 3 month target .
